The challenge

No energy, no agricultural transformation

About 44% of Guineans have electricity, and only 19% in rural areas (AfDB). Yet irrigation, drying and crop storage depend on reliable power.

Our offers

Four ways to put the sun to work

Agri-solar

Solar irrigation pumping (1–10 kWp), dryers, mills and solar cooling for cooperatives.

Commercial solar

20 to 150 kWp plants for farms, agro-processors and workshops, with maintenance contract.

Self-consumption

Our own sites run on solar: 30 kWp at the showroom (2027), 100 kWp plus storage at the plant (2030).

Agro-solar hubs

Phase 3 option: 300–500 kWp plus storage serving processing hubs, with development partners.

Clean energy

Solar panels & irrigation

Beyond agricultural machinery, WARM GROUP installs solar energy systems and solar irrigation for Guinean rural farms. A complete solution for the modern farmer.

  • Autonomous solar irrigation — Submersible pumps powered by solar panels, without diesel generators or power grid.
  • Rural electrification — Solar kits for villages, battery storage, lighting and small appliances.
  • Installation & after-sales included — Our technicians install, train and maintain across all of Guinea.
  • Financing available — Installment payment solutions adapted to seasonal agricultural income.

Solar panels

250 W to 550 W — residential & industrial

Solar irrigation

0.5 – 15 kW pumps for wells, boreholes & rivers

Battery storage

24h autonomy — lithium & gel

Maintenance

Annual contracts — 5-year panel warranty

Our approach

An energy pole that moves in stages

  • 2027: solar on our own sites and first agri-solar pilots with cooperatives
  • 2028–2029: scaling offers for farms and agro-processors
  • 2030: 100 kWp solar and storage at the Forécariah plant
  • Beyond: agro-solar hubs with development partners and climate finance

FAQ

Questions about agricultural solar

Yes: Guinea’s sunshine is high. Output varies with the rainy season; sizing accounts for it and a generator can top up.

Not for pumping: water is stored in a tank. Batteries serve cooling or night lighting, depending on use.

Price depends on capacity, site and equipment. After a free survey we provide a priced quote.
